Q: does the cart extend on the bottom

No. The bag hangs from one end and the bottom Of the bag can drag on the pavement. The plastic bottom of the inside of the bag had to be replaced. I used part of a pool chlorine bucket lid to reinforce the bag.

Q: Will this work on the Rockville Rock Cart?

If the handle on your cart is 10.25” wide it could work.

Q: What is the diameter of the yellow disk? Are there any easy-to-find replacements for it?

Not sure, but mine cracked and I sometimes throw a larger frisbee down there.

Q: Will this fit an R12RT?
