Very nice couch, good quality, comfy and looks beautiful! Tge inly negative is it smelled odd for the about the first month, but it disapated.

Nobody can believe we bought this from AMAZON. The texture of couch fabric is amazing. The chair mechanics works perfectly. It’s firm and has good lumbar support.

"Ok" for the money paid..Reclining mechanism not the best... Difficult to lower and lock leg/foot extension....How do I get service on product?? Or do I request return?

Some of the online reviews were inaccurate. I don't know if they were from actual buyers or from some company's representative. One of the reasons I choose this particular sofa was because it described as made with soft and smooth leather. I have felt saddles with much smoother leather. The sofa is not made with high grade leather. It is rather stiff, but based on the thickness of the leather and the stitching, I expect the sofa to be quite durable. Buyers should be advised that due to the design, assembling the sofa, which consists of no more than inserting the back pieces into the sofa, is definitely a two-person job. I'm not so dissatisfied that I would want to return the sofa, but I would not buy it again.

Boy, were we worried about ordering a sofa....yes a SOFA via Amazon! It's crazy, really! But boy did this work out for us! It really is a lovely piece of furniture and the leather is good quality as far as we can tell. It smells like leather at least! Also liked that it had Velcro on the flaps on the back of the couch so they just didn't hang down but made it a tailored look. We are so happy that it was delivered into our sun room. We had to unbox and put together ourselves but it really wasn't a problem. We purchased the matching love seat and they look so nice in our sun room overlooking the pool. I hope they will last and not scratch up. We have cats! Fingers crossed!

This is truly a very comfy couch! The leather is soft. The color perfect. It’s easy to recline. The price way less than at the Ashley store in town. because of the price I thought it was going to be a knock off of them item in the store. But it’s not. It’s beautiful.

The couch delivered by CEVA was a slightly smashed on the left arm cushion. Nonetheless, took minutes to assemble -- dropping in the back rests and plugging in the power. Overall happy with the functionality and quality for the price.
