10 years later….
I came on here to see what type of hinges I ordered a while back, to share with a friend. Then I realized, I ordered 10 years ago?!?!! Five stars for never failing, working perfectly, and no need for replacement. My DOORS are falling apart but the hinges are going strong!

These really work well and they look and feel to be of high quality.
I have these on a couple of my doors now. I went with 3 on each, but I likely could have gotten away with the pair as they close very strongly. That, of course, is adjustable. I am an overkill kind of guy. These have no trouble making sure the doors close all the way for my Yale Locks to lock them. We're in Florida so the humidity causes the frames to swell. Not having a visible closer was the only way to get it past the wife. I was just tired of having the doors left open so many times letting the mosquitos in or the dog out.. They feel really sturdy, well designed and I hope they'll not rust anytime soon. The weather is tough here. If they do I'll post photos when that happens..

Perfect replacement
Seems a perfect replacement for what I had originally (see its photo attached). The fit and operation was identical (except the color - which I knew about in advance and didn't care about). Even the number stamped on it was identical (57YM). The replacement was easy - just did one hinge at a time with the door propped open at 90 degrees, supported on a think door stop at the far end, and having 1st decompressed the original spring (only 1 as the other had broken and hence the need to replace). All the hardware was fine and included. Hopefully these will last as long as the original (house built in 2006-7).

My wife has yet to yell "close the door" since installing these.
I installed these on my door to the garage because my wife didn't like all of the noise (washer, dryer, AC, etc...) and smells that came from the garage (previous owner used it to work on motorcycles and it needs a really good scrubbing). Originally I had tried one of the hinge pin closers because there was a broken one installed on the door when we moved in, but the replacement wasn't strong enough and couldn't move the metal door. I bought this 2 pack expecting to need both but I only needed one and I didn't need to adjust it anywhere close to the tension that was on the hinge ping closer. It doesn't close the door perfectly because the door needs a good push/pull to latch closed, but it closes it enough to make my wife happy and so that I'm not air conditioning the garage. I spent way more time than I wanted to researching how to get my door to close on it's own, this was hands down the easiest method and it worked nearly perfect (if I fix the door latch alignment it will probably be perfect).

Good replacement hinges for the back door
Good replacement hinges for the back door. Kids keep leaving it ajar and the dogs could get out. I installed these in about 10 minutes and the door shuts itself now. No issues with the install, and the adjustments are easy to make. I have it set pretty tightly as the door is heavy. If your door was lighter, these could probably slam the door pretty hard and maybe catch a finger. Be careful to adjust them as needed. Hardware included was a little short, so I used 3 inch deck screws to install in our back door. No problems and reliable service ever since.

Don't waste time and money on box store junk
I tried installing hinges from two different box stores and neither was working. I am in a tight area and the box store hinges only have 4 settings meaning you have to use a quarter turn for each setting. These have 8 settings. They also come with the standard allen wrench but also a 4" needle style pin that can be used. The pins used for locking the spring into place are also made of iron. The box store hinges had aluminum pins. I don't think they would stand up under the pressure setting I need for a steel door. The box store hinges were also much more expensive at $16.00 - $19.00 each. You see what you pay for two of them here. I also read where someone was concerned about getting two hinges in the pack and only needing one. BAD CHOICE. You do need two. One on the top hinge and one on the bottom. If you put all of the stress of the hinge in one place you not only over use the hinge, but also run the risk of stripping our the screws in the casing. When you use two or three as I did since my steel door goes to the garage, the tension is more evenly distributed on the casing. I have 12 screws (4 on each hinge) holding against the casing, not 4 all in one spot.

Hinges work great
These work great. Well made and are made of solid metal. I can tell they won't fall apart. I replaced the spring hinges on my door between my garage and house. The springs in the old spring hinges were worn out and wasn't closing the door anymore. It took 5 minutes to remove old hinges and to install these spring hinges. A couple of more minutes to tighten up to my preference and I was done. Just make sure the hinges that you guy have the same corner as your existing hinges and it will be smooth sailing.

Solidly built but spring is weak
Dynasty Hardware spring loaded door hinges are attractively looking and quality build. It’s made from good material (stainless steel) and has standard dimensions. However, the springs installed in the hinges are weak and even on the highest setting they do not fully close my door between the garage and the house. It only shuts the door fully when the garage door itself fully open and even that not always happens. Obviously, it cannot overcome the air pressure from the garage side. We just manually push the door to fully close it, but it defies the purpose of spending more money on something that actually does not work.
