Amazing taste! I love the deep Smokey flavor, and the flavor is deep. I used these peppers these in hot sauce to add a Smokey flavor, and it does just the job. Comes with quite a full bag of peppers.

These are delicious peppers, it was my first time using this kind. I use a ton of other dried peppers and am used to the papery feeling they usually have. These almost felt more like they were just dehydrated instead of dried. They had a lot of pliability to them still which was a new texture for me. There was a softness and bendability I was not prepared for so I did have to do a little research to make sure they were still okay and that I did not get a bad bag.

I wanted a very smokey taste to my Barbacoa but I don't have time and dig a hole or find banana leaves these peppers give me that flavor

These dried peppers are incredibly versatile and they smell and taste fantastic. A little goes a long way -- I only needed four to take a large batch of hot sauce to the next level. Excited to use the rest of the bag in sauces and other recipes.
