Q: I ordered these for my laptop and i can only hear out of the right side. Is there anything i need to adjust to fix? I hope so because they are great

Have you checked any mixer or sound settings for playback on one side over another? Tried a different USB port? Aside from that and function checking with a different computer to ensure it’s not the headphones itself could also solve it.
