Good quality, durable and professional looking. Diameter of the pen is perfect for my small hands…not too big or too heavy as some executive pens can be. I like to be able to use the Parker refills, I use gel ink vs ballpoint. I have 3 colors, silver, red and now blue.

The Scrivener rollerball pens and the ballpoint pens are excellent. The quality, the smooth writing and balance are superior to Mont Blanc pens. If I had come across these sooner I could have saved myself hundreds of dollars. I cannot praise the quality, beauty and the balance of these pens. I use these daily and I have several colors depending on my mood. For me, personally these pens are replacing my Mont Blancs.

This is a beautiful pen that writes amazingly smooth. The customer service from Scrivenier is amazing. I had an issue with the clip and sent an email for warranty. Within minutes of the email being sent, I received a response from them that they stand behind their product are will correct the issue. A quick reply back to them showing the issue I was having with the clip, and they again immediately replied that they are sending a new pen to replace the one I have and provided tracking number.Their quick response to my email and the solution to remedy this issue left me truly amazed. Their customer service is second to none.

I ordered a monogrammed pen with my student employee's name and class year, as she was graduating. I'm in Communications, and she's a Communications major, so a nice monogrammed pen is a nice, classy graduation gift. It came quickly and looks really lovely. I like that the pen came in many colors, so I could pick one close to our school's color. I quickly tested the pen, and it wrote very smoothly.

I had a problem with the pen, not to any fault of the manufacturer. I had the pen for about a year and a half and my clumsiness unthreaded the middle part of the pen and got the ink stuck in the top half of the pen. I contacted the manufacturer and I had a response in less than 12 hours and they immediately sent a replacement the next day because they promise a 2 year defect warranty. You can’t beat one of these Golden ballpoint pens, they are metal, easy to use, and write so smoothly, by far my favorite pen!

The pen is very attractive, however, since it is a gift I cannot comment on the quality and functionality.
