Is the 6211 suitable with model 62102 mirage fx mask sys-eur3

There are only 2 sizes for this cushion a standard size which this one is and a wide size. If your previous cushion was a standard size and then this will fit your mask . Thank you

What comes with this item? Does it come with the clear frame to which it attaches to and where the headgear attaches to?

No this is only the Standard size Nasal Mask Cushion. You are looking for either 1) ResMed Mirage FX Mask -Frame System / Standard (For Her) / which includes (3 pieces) the nasal mask cushion, frame and the elbow or 2) ResMed Mirage FX Nasal CPAP Mask Complete System which includes (4 pieces) the nasal mask cushion, frame, elbow and the Headgear . Compare prices! I found frame elsewhere on another site.

The picture is a perfect representation of the item -- just a cushion - no elbow, frame or brackets are included with this item. This a STANDARD size cushion for ResMed Mirage Fx mask (item #62111). It ONLY works with ResMed Mirage FX mask and nothing else. Please make sure you own a ResMed Mirage Fx mask prior to purchase as it will NOT work with any other mask model.
