This toothbrush has tiny fine brushes so very close together. I have had multiple medical issues resulting in sensitive teeth, mouth and tongue. This is nothing like a regular extra soft child brush. It is very soft to touch and just bends around the tooth. I have not been able to comfortably brush my teeth in the twenty years since radiation and these are truly amazing. Even if you have no issues they clean every little tiny area even an electric toothbrush can not reach. There was a remarkable difference in flossing after brushing too. My grandkids love them now too and no kid loves to brush. Definitely worth trying. You will be hooked too. Surprised nothing like this has been available before now.

The best, softest toothbrush ever!

Love the softness but it's very small. I would prefure a larger head

These were cheap compared to other microfine bristle tooth brushes so I'm happy to report that there is no "gotcha". I actually chose these for the handles which while not ideal, have a grip that is markedly superior to previous (and more expensive) microfine bristle brushes I've used. If you haven't tried a toothbrush with microfine bristles, you definitely should, especially if you have sensitive gums that bleed easily.

I love the feel of this toothbrush. And it definitely seems to clean my teeth well. My only issue is that it is so big, I can’t clean all of my teeth with it, which is kind of a problem.I would give this a five stars if they Offered a smaller size.

When I looked at the photo of the toothbrush, instead of bristles, the head looked like a solid piece. I was amazed at the size of the bristles! Very fine. It doesn't take a lot of toothpaste to get a good "lather" for cleaning your teeth and it rinses well also. I really like this toothbrush, but it took a little bit getting used to at first. It doesn't feel like a brush, in your mouth. It is hard to describe. It is definitely ultra-soft and will not damage your gums. I tend to brush too hard even with a soft toothbrush. This will definitely help with that. I have included 3 pictures: the first is a brand new one and one I have been using. The second is these two, next to an ultra-soft (soft but not as soft as OBrush), and a regular soft toothbrush from the dentist.

Bought these thinking they would be gentle on my gums. They are very gentle but they are so soft they don't clean my teeth. I am left feeling like I didn't brush at all. There are so many micro-bristles that it just foams the toothpaste and feels disgusting. The bristles have no rigidity so they don't get into the nooks or crannies for your teeth or gently into the gum line. 0/10 do not recommend.
