Not the latest Monsieur Cuisine Smart and mean sales practices
Why selling this one which has been released 2 years ago more expensive than the recently released Monsieur Cuisine Smart version... The touch screen lags from time to time especially when searching a recipe. There is no QR code displayed in the settings menu to connect it to your phone, but yet the smartphone app (helpful to buy the ingredients) is called Monsieur Cuisine. So you can't access the recipe history on your phone when in a shop. The Smart version has some capabilities that this Connect version CAN perform, but yet the interface does not offer them. It clearly looks like SilverCrest think their customer dumb, by making them buy another model just for some minor application user interface changes while they could both offer the same features (not the same hardware and that's of course absolutely fine). And this is quite a mean sales practice, because proposing application upgrades without proposing the fermentation or smoothies mode than the Smart model offers for instance is actually... mean. There is no extra additional cost to offer these buttons, just unlocking some interface features that are voluntarily locked down on the Connect model. Similarly, there is no prewashing mode on this one... It's like selling you the latest Samsung Galaxy and telling you that having the version before won't let you download the latest android version. Mean mean mean.

manufacturer does not include warranty from the seller. The equipment is not cheap, so it is better to buy directly from the manufacturer. no contact with the seller. Amazon is unable to help the machine broke after 2 years
