Solo con una antena pequeña offset logré sintonizar 3 satélites con señal mayor al 85% en banda Ku ahora estoy buscando en Quito Ecuador una antena con foco central de 2,4 metros para sintonizar en banda C y de seguro según la información técnica que obtuve tengo la posibilidad de sintonizar más de 150 canales FTA o señal abierta. Mi deseo es que Amazon tenga una sucursal en Quito Ecuador para adquirir con más confianza varios productos que son caros de importar desde USA. Pero con todo el producto este producto hasta esta ya configurado para todos los transponedores en mi Pau por lo que es lógico que para toda Latinoamérica también

I own 2 of this,, the first device didn't work, they offered a replacement n they charged me to my card for the replacement, even when told me to don't worry about sending the defective box back, now second box after net update remote stop working then someone from support sent me a recovery file n that file damaged completely n didn't work at all, so I recommend don't waste $$ where is not even customer support, maybe box works few days but not for longer,

Great IRD for satellite! It took a second to become used to the software, as I’m used to GT Media layout, but it’s great and I recommend.

I purchased this receiver for about $27 U.S. dollars. I have two receivers and my Koqit V5H FTA satellite gets the job done. Its got a USB PVR for recording shows and playback is excellent! For the money, the receiver does its job and may not be as advanced as my second receiver but I'm not complaining because I watch it for pretty much one satellite and the channels are beautiful to watch. If you're looking for a starter receiver the Koqit V5H is a great one to have. The remote isn't my favorite but its well built as well.

Very economical. HOWEVER — be aware that the receiver is set up ‘out of the box’ for Europe/Asia and although it CAN be used in the Americas you need to understand the various different video standards and which satellites are visible in this hemisphere and be comfortable making the modifications to the settings to make it work. There are also some ‘missing’ satellites (not just new ones!) but adding them in is pretty straightforward. I won’t say ‘easy’ but if you know what you’re doing, it is not a problem. That said, it appears to work well, the menus are well laid out and the occasional bit of ‘ChinEnglish’ is minimal and easily enough interpreted. The record/time shift features work but viewing a recorded show is a bit clunky — requiring navigating menus — rather than just hitting a button on the remote. Overall, I’m satisfied. It isn’t “perfect” and I’d actually give this 4.5 stars if I could but for the price, it is a good deal.

Good cheap receiver. So glad those things are way under $100 these days.

I purchased two of the above satellite receivers this week. The first one works fine. The second one already had batteries in the remote (they do not come with batteries) which made me leery. When turning on the receiver (and the tv) the receiver name flashes rapidly on and off on the screen for about 5 seconds before it stops and the satellite station appears. The first receiver does not do the flashing but just shows the receiver name until the channel comes up during booting. I think someone had bought the second receiver and returned it because of the flashing and it was resold to me as new.

The item I received came defective from the factory and it is a real shame. Even though the product turns on, the remote control does not communicate with it. After performing all the necessary tests, I confirmed that the problem lies with the machine's receiver, which is damaged. This is my second order for the same product, since the first one was lost in the postal mail. Although Amazon promised to refund my money, the problem persists, since I will lose the shipping money when returning the product. Unfortunately, there appears to be a damaged batch of this product and therefore I do not recommend purchasing it until the issue is resolved. Thanks to Amazon and the selling company, but it is important that they better verify the operation of the product before shipping it.

Este equipo de satélite es para Europa y sudamérica y los lista de odigos Power vu es para algunos satélites de Este E pero para fata funciona como cualquier receptor y plrla oferta está bien

No trae instrucciones, tienes que contratar un técnico, y se supone que los canales FTA son gratis y aquí hay que pagar
