Microsoft Surface 3 Tablet, Intel Atom x7 x7-Z8700, 1.6 GHz, 4 GB, 64 GB SSD, Windows 10, Silver, 10.8 (Renewed)

The unit was purchased used. It came physically looking great, with very light wear. Everything worked out of the box, and it seemed like a great option for what its intended use was. The problem was with the battery and charging. The tablet would die within an hour, then when it was plugged in, would take about 30 minutes to have enough battery to turn back on. If you turned it back on right after the 30 minutes, it would run for about 5 minutes, and then die while it was still plugged in. It loses battery faster than it charges, so even at full battery, plugged in, it will eventually die.Anyway, this seems like a problem specific to this unit, and could easily be missed in the QC check. So I completely understand and hope they will let me return it (will update if they do). The 2 stars is for the unit alone, not the seller.

Absolute waste of money battery life was absolute crud 30 minutes max out of four that I ordered they were all about the same.Could not connect to Wi-Fi no matter how many times I tried would restart on its own constantly always needed updates that would never actually update Supply charges were garbage didn't even charge the tablets at all costs way too much to try to return Plus too fragile broke two screens just pulling them out of the box and packaging

Bought this Aug 9, 2024. Received the tablet and haven't used it but a couple times. The tablet will not charge. The charging port isn't wanting to charging. This stinks for not having it 4 months.

No keyboard, I believe it's false advertising

Not even sure if I want to turn in on to see if it works or just return it. Not handled with care... clearly.

Product advertised 4gb RAM, only had 2gb. Returning.
