Just buy it.
Awesome matches, there are a ton of them, and the container is fantastic. I moved 75% of the matches between kits and used the remaining space for several fire straws, a hemp chord with a choker, and a bic. The strike pad is protected by a thick rubber cover, protecting it from being damaged in your pack, and the o-rings are super thick and keep all the compartments nice and dry. The matches fire up immediately and last much longer than others I've tried, which gives you a lot of time to get your tinder lit. Between the matches and the case, it's hard to imagine better value.

Really work well
These matches are huge. They work well and stay lit for a nice bit of time. Good to throw into your pack for camping, hiking or just to have for emergencies

Rugged and sealed.
15 Typhoon matches and 2 spare strike pads nestled inside of a sealed container that can float. A shell that appears can take a few drops. What's not to like about it? It is in my get home bag with other fire starting mechanisms.

Simply the best
The Typhoon match kit is hands down the best on the market anywhere. I do have the UCO matches also which are comparable, but when you add the Typhoon's waterproof case into the equation there is no comparison. I'm telling you that case is darn near indestructible. The way they put the striker on the bottom in it's own little waterproof compartment tells you how well thought out this product is. One more win for zippo. Try these matches, you will not be disappointed.
