Q: My bltouch stopped working in the second week! how can i get a replacement part?

I had the same issue. Despite being covered under warranty neither the manufacturer nor the seller would give any help.

Q: Is this the newest version with the upgraded lead screws and all?

I just got this Ender 5 on jan 5 2020. The z axis screw does not have the anti backlash nut. just the threaded mount that moves the bed. It does not move on it's own or drop like I see in the old videos. I put the glass bed on and no drop at all. In fact I could not move it by pushing up or down. You have to turn the screw to move the bed so I am guessing something has changed. Confirmed still a 1.1.4 board with Marlin 1.1.6 installed

Q: How well does it print with tpu filament? could you recommend one that works with this printer?

The printer support to print with TPU, ABS, PLA, PETG. If PLA is used to print, you will get better printing model because this filament is easier to operate without special temperature requirement.

Q: Can I use snap makers slicer? Since cura can cause prints to have “Zits” according to all3dp.com

I use either the Creality Slicer which came with it, which is a modified Cura, or I use the latest Cura (4.4). I actually prefer the version that came with it and my models have all turned out smooth and without "zits" I have no idea what problem all3dp is having. I am using Blender to create files and Cura 4.4 does not seem to like my models so far, but the original slicer is fine.
