It’s a nice product

This is an update****When I received this item, I was very concerned about the packaging because it was not shrink wrapped like other products you would buy inside a store and with COVID-19 going around, I was nervous. My first use was bad because a fuse was blown and the comb would not turn on. I was going to return it and ordered a replacement. After going to my circuit breaker and flipping the circuit, now it works. This comb pulls a lot of power and gets very hot, but you can hold it on the handle. It may not get your hair as straight like a woman's flat iron, but it works to straighten and unkink most strains. Advice, use beard oil first before using the comb. I have a brother who wears a beard and I am going to send him the replacement comb as a gift. Happy early Christmas dude!

Bought this for my husband, and here is his review of it. It heats up nice and hot, feels good in the hand, and does what it says. It's easy to control as well, and it does smooth out the beard. The only drawback is that it still doesnt want to smooth or straighten the VERY curly hair that he has along the sides of his beard, closest to his face. We've tried several beard irons, trying to solve this issue, and nothing seems to do just that. This one works better than any others that he has tried, since the comb bristles are the shortest that we have found available, but still doesn't quite get those insanely curly pieces closest to his face, smooth enough. He's been using this one and another one to get his desired result, but still hasn't found the ONE. The product itself is amazing, and fairly priced. Just be aware if you have a very curly beard, you need patience to get the desired result!

Does not get as hot, or straighten as quickly as larger units. Some of the cheap ones get much hotter. However, a less affordable one I had wore out very quickly and stopped working. This one appears to be much higher-quality and is safer (won't burn). The back of the unit gets surprisingly hot, so be careful not to set it down on surfaces that could be damaged. This is a nice compact unit that would be easy to travel with. It is light and easy to use.

Found this comb to be very useful not only for my beard but for my hair as well. My beard is pretty curly and a bit patchy in some spots. Now obviously you will see some results from the first use but when used frequently you will notice the difference on how straight your beard would maintain.My only complaint about the KUSCHELBÄR is that the extension cord could be a bit longer. But other than that the comb works very well...don’t expect it to be a product that will give you instant results. For some it will at first use, for others like myself you will see better results gradually after every regular use.The comb itself is sleek and feels legit and sturdy (in other words not cheaply made) The extension cord while it being a bit short is definitely heavy duty.The comb itself is easy to use with a simple button and it’s only one heat setting which by the way will not burn your beard and most importantly, your skin.Plus the packaging it come in is pretty secure itself.Seems like this brand definitely put their time in to build this product.I highly recommend the KUSCHELBÄR and you’re definitely getting what you paid for.

Very easy to use. It heats up fast and does what it promises to. It is definitely worth the price and I'm glad I bought it. My hair is short and even so it does tame it easily, especially good for fly aways & frizz, leaving it smooth and shiny. If I had to knit pick, I wish the cord wasn't as thick as it is hard to place it on a counter when it is hot, as the cord makes it flip sideways. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

So, I saw an add for this product and was very excited. I have waves in my beard that kinda bug me, and I thought this was the answer!Alas, for me it doesn't seem to be. I followed the instructions that came with the product, super simple. It did straighten a my beard a little...and I mean a little, nowhere near enough to be satisfied. Let me share a Pro/Cons listPros -1. Really well made, like when you hold it you can tell that it is very good quality.2. Easy to use, and nicely presented with portable sleeve for traveling.Cons -1. Doesn't work for my super wavy beard.2. Its not cheap. Its $100, even though I had a $20 off, still 80 bucks was a little steep when you add the next item.3. After it didn't work for me, I went online and found a ton of videos showing its usage, and they recommend using GLORYHOLD Beard Sculptor and Hair Styling Paste for best results, a $40 dollar product. I was not interested in having to acquire another product to make this one work, let alone a rather expensive one. If that is needed to make this work properly perhaps it should be included with it initially.I will be returning this product, I am sure it works for some just not for me. Furthermore, let me add, it is a very nicely crafted product I am not trying to slam it. I just felt I needed to share my experience with it.Thank you.
