Good quality for sourdough
So far so good. I bought this to start a sourdough and in just 2 days, after 1 feeding it tripled it’s size. Also it smells really good.

Love this flour. I make my own bread every week and rye bread is part of the rotation. Finding rye flour in the supermarket is difficult. And, if you do find it it's much more expensive than this flour.
