The prescription like orthotic with the Heel Secure Comfort System(TM) is sealed in two layers of foarm with a durable EVA antimicrobial fabric for unsurprassed comfort and pain relief. Directions: Remove shoe insoles, if possible, and replace with your Powerstep Orthotics. Trim edges if needed to fit. If necessary, wear a few hours a day until feet are accustomed to better support, then wear full time.
