Amazing natural remedy for allergies!
Our trainer recommended the ‘allergy bomb’ recipe as a natural way to minimize allergy symptoms versus taking a daily allergy pill (which we had done for decades). It has worked very well since day 1 for both my wife and I, simply needing 2 drops from each of these in a morning drink with a bit of MSM for good measure. The only thing that took a bit of getting used to was how to hold the bottles consistently to get good control for a drop. Each oil has a different viscosity and so it takes a bit of trial and error to figure out.

I've been adding some to my water to help with breath smell and bloating and diffusing some while we sleep to get rid of dry nose from heat 😴 no need for a humidifier as my diffuser that was a gift from here holds 500ml + lasts throughout the night! Love these oils great quality!!!

Me gusta mucho estos aceites pero el de limón llego a la mitad a diferencia de los otros dos que si vienen completos. Es una lástima.
