Good build quality and excellent support
In May 2020 I purchased a 5 outlet / 2 remote system (UHRS205A). It is of excellent build quality and continues to work perfectly. In December 2021 I purchased an additional remote controller (UHRS103A-R) but was unable to get this to work.I contacted Dewenwils support and they explained that the product had been updated to avoid interference and that my newer remote was not compatible with my older system.Dewenwils was able to supply me with remote controllers to the older standard which are also now working perfectly.Dewenwils provided prompt excellent support and my system is now working exactly as I need.I thoroughly recommend Dewenwils company and their products.

Works as well as original.
There were no instructions in the box. So, this is what I did:I had the plug in the switched socket in the wall, with the wall socket switched on, but the plug itself pressed 'off' with the old remote. My TV was plugged into it.There is a thin grey line on the right side of the plug, which is a button. I pressed it down until the red light on the front of the plug started blinking.On the new remote, I pointed it and pressed the 'on' button next to the number that I wanted it to work with and It stopped flashing and switched on the TV.I tested it by pressing the off and on buttons on the remote and it worked perfectly, turning my TV off and then on, so I could see it had paired well.I then paired the other plugs around the house to it doing the same.If your plug does not have the grey button on the side, it is probably the older model which will not work with this remote.Hope this helps. I find these remote controlled plugs really useful for turning things off at night.

Brilliant
An excellent remote controller, used in conjunction with their plug. I use them to control the lighting system for my Miniature Tudor Houses.
