I run a pizzeria where we make dough daily, so gram measurements are very important to us. This scale is accurate to the gram. I've had more expensive scales that are only accurate to 2 gram increments. This unit is durable too. I keep a set of weights around to check the accuracy every so often and they always are spot on!

I really like the power plug to use this scale and not have to rely on batteries. Worked very well and precise for 2 years. Then it stopped working properly and gave different weights for the same object. There was something loose inside the chassis but I couldn't open it to inspect. I'll buy it again but I will get the smaller 11-lb model.

Work at a very fast paced restaurant, these are the best scales we've found with respect to accuracy and ability to hold steady weigt on a shakey surface.Bought with peraonal money vs company card because they switched brands and the new type was horrible.Will contiune to buy as long as they make em!

Great product, does what it should. Very durable and the metal top is washable in our commercial dishwasher. We portion foods out for recipes all day long with this scale.

Durable for heavy use in commercial kitchen! Detachment makes cleaning easy. Weights easy to read with large bowls. We have gone through a lot of scales, this one has a nice price point for the quality. Worth the money

Feels like a nice quality scale. Didn’t need anything to do large weights, or any special features, just something for basic duty that will last longer with less frustration than our old cheaper scale. This one responds quickly to button presses and just works.
