Green (The Circle Series) [Dekker, Ted] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Green (The Circle Series) Review: Green rocks! - Ted Dekker's Circle Series is the best read I have ever enjoyed. IT is now my absolute fav. Green did a great job bringing the story back to the beginning. It's said you can start the series with any of the 4 books. And, though that may be true, I'd strongly suggest starting with the original book 1 BLACK. The writing style is awesome. Ted describes the surrounding and back setting while telling the story, so you don't get bogged down in details between scenes. It's not perfect writing. There are cases where it looks like Ted was close to his deadline and rushed the ending a bit in RED. Now, I love fiction. I prefer both science fiction and fantasy fiction. This series was the best fantasy fiction ever. ...better than The Hunger Games series (which is now my second fav). Review: Gets better and better - Once again Ted Dekker has a home run! The way he weaves his story with evil and good is alarming and leaves the reader rooting for evil to lose. Has me dashing to find more books by Dekker!

Weird! But Fascinatingly so!
This story was just weird enough to be fascinating. I couldn't put this down and wound up reading all three books in the same week. It doesn't matter where you start, the story still works in any order. This was reminiscent of a grown up Chronicles of Narnia. A little darker and more human perhaps, which was an accomplishment since the story switches between alternate realities. The characters will draw you in and you will feel like you know them before you are done. Black and white, the villains are bad, and sometimes, so are the heroes. Classic good which is imperfect vs. evil which is really evil!

Awesome series!!
Love, love, love this series!!! I was so excited when I heard Ted Dekker came out with another (Green) I had read the first 3, years ago and always felt it wasn't finished. I reread them just so I could be up to date when I read Green. It was awesome!!!

love this book and the others in the circle. Spent a few weeks in these worlds with the characters and felt part of the journey..its the difference between a good story teller and a great one. Couldn't wait to read the next page but was sad to finish the last. If you enjoy letting your imagination take over these are a must read..not quite Tolkien but that ilk. Buy the whole series you won't be disappointed if you like the genre.
