Quality, you get what thou pay for. Don't buy cheap.
Battery looked exactly like original however battery does not work. I installed the battery and waited for it to charge, unplugged the cord to test battery, computer would not power up, battery wasd shipped defective. Would not recommend.

My uni laptop battery had given all it had long ago, replacing it was overdue and this was an easy swap.

Battery 1st received from this seller went bad in very short order; however,battery does have a 12 month warranty !Upon contacting seller about this issue,they immediately sent a replacement battery which so far is doing good,also has a 12 month warranty.Customer service is good.

Not living up to my expectations.
It says new but its more like reconditioned. I doesnt hold a charge too long on its own. I will stay charged for about 2-3 hours and then i have to plug in the charger.

At only 2 months, battery would not take a charge.
I then tried it in a 2nd laptop, but it still would not charge. There was considerable hassle with Amazon for return. The product was from outside the U.S. No direct address or contact means.Amazon did provide a URL to access a form.The Seller wanted me to pay for return. Still no actual help from Amazon.After several exchanges via automated forwards thru Amazon, the seller finally supplied something similar to an RMA. No assurance that I will receive refund.While engaged in obtaining a remedy via Amazon, I ordered a replacement else where and received a more robust (Pa3819U-1BRS 98Wh) Toshiba Brand for less money! Both the original and the defective batteries were only Pa3817U-1BRS @ 48Wh.All may NOT be Bad! The defective battery laid on my desk for a month or so, while seeking a remedy. By chance, I inserted the battery in one, and then both laptops, discovering that it would again take a charge. Now What?Having failed consistently for well over a month, keeping it would be risky. SO, Back across the ocean!
