The main feature of this probiotic is that the capsule is micro encapsulated so that it is not dissolved in the stomach. There are many benefits to using a probiotic assuming you can get it to your intestines but whether or not it's a benefit to you solely depends on whether you need it or not. These capsules are very small and are tasteless and odorless. I had no negative effects after taking them. Of course this is what I would expect. The packaging on the product is a worry free one with a shrink wrap seal on the cap, a seal on the bottle top and the product itself had a stuffing but not cotton in the bottle to protect the capsule .

My vet put my dog on a probiotic because he was having some gut issues. I noticed a change him in 24 hours later. I decided to try this item for myself. I have been taking it for a few days and haven't noticed any changes. I was not having any real issues, so maybe I will not notice a change. I haven't experienced any negative effects.

This is an easy to swallow smaller size capsule which makes it nice compared to others I've taken. I appreciate the fact that they're produced in the USA as well. They could cover more stains which is the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars. I've had no adverse effects from then at all, and I do take probiotics daily for years, I'm pleased with these.
