San Giorgio Mafalda No.78 12oz

This pasta is delicious. I’ve purchased this 3 times and it works great in Lasagna soup!

Recipe for lasagna soup calls for regular size noodles broken into pieces. Unless you cook the pasta and then cut it to size, the pieces will be different sizes and jagged.

Although these noodles are expensive, they are so pretty in lasagna soup. They cook well and taste great.

I like the smaller noodles. I used it to make a lasagna casserole.

I searched all grocery stores for these noodles to make lasagna soup and no one sells them! Of course I found them on Amazon. I bought them and they were perfect!

This item was delivered to me opened. I’m not about to use it but discovered it is nonreturnable. Seems to be a ripoff.

Just as I expected

These are a great pasta shape when you want a lasagna style pasta but not the big sheets. I used it for a Beef Stroganoff and they were great and held up well to the sauce and ground beef.
