Great little adapter works as needed.
This USB-C to 3.5 mm adapter is a solid buy. The charging speed remains consistent when used with supported devices, and I haven’t noticed any drop in performance while listening. It’s very portable, small enough to keep in a pocket or bag without getting in the way. The durability is impressive for such a compact adapter—the connection feels sturdy and not flimsy like some cheaper options. I also like that it handles both audio and charging smoothly from a single power source, which makes it extremely convenient for everyday use. Overall, this adapter is reliable, well-made, and perfect for travel or daily carry. Highly recommend.

Plug N' Play! Works perfectly! No hassle. Great price!
Analog headset adapters used to be 1/4" in diameter. We put those on our heads to listen to the "record player". Then they were replaced by 3.5mm jacks that also included a microphone signal. Those were used by the original cellphones, everything from AMPS to CDMA, TDMA, GSM. With smaller technology and slimmer LTE and 5G phones we now use the USB-C connector. If you still have a 3.5mm audio headset, wired earbuds, etc. and upgraded to a phone without that jack you can use this adapter and not have to buy a new headset. In my case I have a Bose Quiet Comfort 20, with automatic noise cancellation, amazing sound quality, and $195 to replace. Instead of replacing the Bose QC20 I picked up this adapter, plugged the QC20 into the 3.5mm female jack, plugged the USB-C male on the other side of the short cable into the phone. I can now use the headset just fine. It truly is plug and play. It comes with printed directions in a clear vinyl bag, but you really just plug it in between the headset and the phone. No configuration required, no settings changes. It works with iPhones, Android, Linux, etc. Pretty much if your USB-C device supports audio out and in (TRRS) this will work. Troubleshooting? It's impossible to have trouble, so no need to go shoot any. Plug in both sides. Done and done.

Works really well.
This converter cable works really well on my phone and tablet. The sound is much fuller and more rich than when I use the headphone jack on my Lenovo tablet. My Samsung phone doesn't even have a headphone jack, which is why I bought this converter in the first place, and it works like a charm. For some reason it doesn't work on my OnePlus phone, but thankfully that one already has a headphone jack, so it's not a big deal.

Cheap and useable - Audio quality isn't the best...
I bought these so I could use my Audio Technica M50x headphones with my android phone. It works, but audio quality is much worse (compared to being plugged into my FocusRite Scarlett 2i2) and there's a negligible but noticeable high-frequency hiss in the background. I'm not a huge audiophile, so this isn't especially annoying for me (and worse audio is expected compared to my Scarlett); but it might be unbearable for you if you're sensitive to that. Most consumers will likely not notice this. If you're really concerned with quality and don't mind spending some money: check out AudioQuest's DragonFly Cobalt ($200) or the Qudelix-5K Bluetooth DAC AMP ($110) or the MOONDROP Dawn Pro ($60). Otherwise, for the price this product does everything it needs to do. Build quality is questionable and I predict this will have connection issues after a couple weeks-months of use. I will update this review if that happens.

Bluetooth, schmootooth! I can still use my good ol' wired headphones with my new phone!
I'm happy, I can use my old headphones with my Google Pixel 10 pro now. works and sounds great. No loose fit. No static. Two thumbs up.

Works perfectly when you don't have your Bluetooth earbuds handy
Sometimes your Bluetooth headset or earbuds either aren't charged or with you. This works great with modern phones with no headphone jack. (My Pixel 4a 5G was the last phone I had that did have a headphone jack) No setup/config necessary. Plug it in and listen instantly. What could be easier? (Yep, I still have several pairs of old feather-light, great-sounding Sony headphones, and use them quite often. Love them!)

Stopped working after a couple of weeks of use.
Updating this review and ratings: Seller proactively reached out after my review, refunded the amount for the purchase. I appreciate sellers that stand behind their products and hence, updating the review rating to reflect that. Thank you! Both of these items stopped working after a couple of weeks use, each. Would not recommend it.

Durable build but unbearable hiss
UPDATE: I have changed my review from two stars to four stars. I will note that JSAUX offered me a full refund for my order but I did not accept the refund. I ordered an official SAMSUNG adapter DAC that had verifiable measurements online for quality and found that this hiss was also present to a similar degree. While this continues to annoy me, the hiss is inherent to using a small form factor dongle DAC and does not reflect the quality of this JSAUX product which is functional in all other aspects. I recently upgraded phones and lost my 3.5 mm port so I was looking for a durable adapter with decent audio quality. This adapter certainly works as my IEMs run well off them with enough power/volume without any significant coloration of the sound. The build quality is quite good with the braided cable, solid housing, and secure 3.5 mm port. But the HISS. There is a low grade hiss constantly present in the background whenever the DAC is enabled. It is not particularly noticeable when music is actively playing but when a song stops, you can clearly hear the hiss. Then since the DAC doesn't detect any audio output, it shuts off, and you then hear complete silence so I know it's the DAC causing the issue. This means every time a song ends and new one begins, it's hiss -> silence -> hiss -> music. There are no other devices around that could be causing electrical interference causing a hiss like this. It is not ignorable for me and really impairs my listening experience. I suppose if you have low grade hearing damage, it might be tolerable but for high quality listening? This is not it. I will be shelling out more money for a better engineered DAC dongle and would recommend any potential buyers do the same.
