DG Casa Soloman 12550-Q-BGE

This bed is beautiful. I added some handles for drawers because they so perfectly fitted that I knew I’d get the fabric dirty with out them. I ordered rose gold 12” drawer pulls and they work perfectly. You will love this bed. The only thing I was bummed about was it didn’t come with the slats. I misread that part. If I had to do it over I would have ordered the roll out slats for the mattress and laid the directly on it with out a box spring so it would’ve been lower for my parents. Thank you for the beautiful bed.

Love the look of this bed and the quality of product is good. Definitely seems like there could be more support though for underneath the bed. I also suggest going with the low profile box spring like I did so the bed isn’t too tall and you can see the beautiful headboard.

There were missing parts when delivered but a full set I received a full set few days after I called the customer care service. It was not the easy type to assemble so I had to get the help of an expert which costed me extra dollars

The bed comes with only three slats. Which is definitely not enough and it broke the very first time I sat on it, they were so week. They did send replacements but stern I had to wait and manage my own slats before I was able to actually use the bed.

As mentioned in other reviews, the bed comes in three boxes. The headboard box was damaged with pieces missing. The company promptly sent a whole new box. Have to give them an A+ for that. The assembly instructions are microscopic and hard to read, but the bed is not hard to put together. The real problem with the bed is if you use a box spring it works great, but doesn't look right. To make the bed a platform to use without a box spring then you need to purchase the vertical supports. The bed looks great that way. That leads me to the last real issue which has been echoed on here before. The center posts for support do not hold up at all if bed moves. They bend and split. The bed cannot be used that way without something breaking. Thus, I removed two of them (the bottom one seems good) and replaced them with two automotive jack stands by Craftsman. The bed is now as stable as one could get. So in order to use the bed add another $80 for the vertical slats and $40 for some automotive stands or something else that will do the same job. In the end, I probably would not purchase again.

There was a mix up with our bed order, they listened to our situation and took care of us in a very courteous and professional way. I would absolutely order a bed from them again. I strongly recommend them as a reliable and concerned company, which is a very precious commodity value in this day of mainstream e-commerce.

Easy to assemble and love the extra storage

The product looks like the image. Not at all hard to put together, but just know it takes about 2hours one person. It sets against my wall, so I only get to use the other side and end drawers. You get what you pay for!!! All beauty and no quality. The bed broke within the same week! 😡
