Sound and bass both are good.

The wireless is defective as the battery doesnt charge evenafter multiple attempts

Product has many drawbacks: it is very expensive; charging is too long; only one and very inconvenient switch; the light is hidden inside ear cushions; volume is very low; the wire goes inside the headband and presses the head and many other drawbacks

Poor quality 😢

First time I had bought these headphones way back in 2019. They were good with a little cons worth neglecting. Eventually after wear and tear, one of the headphones stopped working and I bought a new one last month (24th November 2024). However I was greatly disappointed. Firstly the headphones took a long time to get paired with my mobile. Secondly I don't understand why JLAB removed the welcome message which earlier mentioned the words "hello" and then mentioned the battery power remaining. For power off it earlier mentioned a "goodbye" message. Now, it has only two identical musical chimes for power on and power off which are so confusing that you don't know if you have switched the headphones on or off. Thirdly the volume (sound output) of headphones suddenly drops down so low that you cannot hear the audio signals from the source (mobile or mp3 player). I then decided to replace/ return, but there was no such option. Instead Amazon app just directed me to an AI assistant which kept on repeating the same messages for guidance of headphones settings. Offcourse none of them worked. In the end I called up customer care mobile number and requested them to give me a full refund. Thankfully they agreed and I received my full refund. I thank Amazon for their professional service. So, a bad experience for me, but good return service by Amazon.

Firstly the built quality is very poor, right after taking it out if the box you can feel the cheap plastic and finish. It seems like a 100 rupee headphone when it comes to the sound quality. It is so poor that you can’t even hear it at full volume. I am literally feeling looted because of what I got at this price, please refrain from buying this product from this seller as the product is extremely bad.

Lacks bass .. loudness. Sharpness. Quality of sound is like the 90s.. the plastic and build quality isn’t worth 8800 bucks .. feels like a sub 1k product
