Q: Is this a stamp pad or a motorcycle helmet?

I don’t know why it says “motorcycle helmet“! It’s ink and I bought it for fabric. It works great after heat setting it!

Q: I want to stamp, say, 10 items do I have to stamp then seal then stamp etc, or can I stamp all 10 and then seal?

I stamp all the images that I need, then iron the fabric to seal. If you mean fabric - I do not stamp on other mediums with this ink. As long as you are not stamping so close that the pattern will be smudged I would think you should be fine to seal at the end. Hope this helps.

Q: Can I use for infant footprints on fabric?

I have not checked the ink content for going directly on skin, but it's been used for infant clothing (ironed on and washed, first) with no issues.
