I recommend the large as similar measurements.they fitted very well. They were a comfortable base layer, did nit shrink & kept their shape despite regular washing which is reassuring.

Oh easily these will fit you. I went for the large, and they were maybe still a bit loose. Should have gone down a level. very stretchy, Both top and Pants, were excellent in Iceland. In blizzard conditions too.
