Q: Can not get the motor to work. Have tested batteries. Clues to get it to work or how do I get the motor replaced

I ran into the same issue-here's what I did: take the motor portion and you'll see two metal contacts-take a small screwdriver or a pair of pliers and pry them out just a little bit (so they're sticking out more). This is where it makes contact with the battery box. Attach the motor back to the battery box and that should fix it-worked for me!
