I did not have a small pillow in the set I received

Q: Does the oversized Queen actually measure 110x118. The last quilt I ordered in a different pattern from this manufacture only measured 110x112.

I ordered a king for my queen bed so it would hang down on the sides more. Love the colors will go with anything.

Q: Can I get a bedskirt and curtains to match this set?

You'd have to check with the company,but didn't see those listed. I bought my own bed skirt.
