A bit low on flavour
I wanted turmeric tea as it's meant to be good for the immune system, but all the teas available in shops contain ginger which I didn't want. These have cinnamon added which I thought might be nice. You can taste the cinnamon but overall the flavour isn't very strong and you have to brew a tea bag for a long time to get much out of it. It says on the packet you can reuse but by the third time it would just be water. Quite a nice drink, but for the price just not strong enough.

I am trying to incorporate more natural products into my diet to help support pain and inflammation as well as blood pressure and heart health. I started with tumeric and cinnamon in a gummy form, silly me, I didn't realize how bad gummies really are so looking for a better supplement I found this tea. It's great. Not overwhelming in either flavor it's easy to drink and way healthier for you. I love the price on Amazon. I just can't say enough good things about it. I set up a subscription for it
