Yes, each jar does come with 50 pads in them. I used to buy my daughter the Desert Essence soap to help her with her acne. It's much gentler on skin than Benziode Peroxide.

I bought these for my son face. He uses them to help control his acne. They might be okay for what you want. One pad per armpit.
