Yes, It's made in Guangdong, China.

Q: Best color for my mixed gray, very light brown, and blonde sparse brows?

I haven't tried the brown but I found that the chestnut is more of a red color. The black is black and the grey is what I use because my brows are natural black but have became sparse with grey also. The grey is grey that is on the black side. You can try more than one color at a time. I hope this helps.

Q: Which way is upright for storage?
