Q: Can you apply another coat of base and powder after you e used the activator? I want the color a little darker.

Yes. Just make sure the activator is dry or filed off so the brush doesn’t get stuck together. I’ve brushed on the first coat and realized a nail or two is not quite smooth enough, so I’ll use the activator again. I use white tips with a clear powder, but they last so long that when my natural nail grows a lot, I’ll rebase them with a colored powder to cover up the growth that shows thru.’ I’ve also buffed all them after a week or so and then apply the activator & top to give them a shine boost!

Yes, mine were. I didnt buff, just used a makeup brush to get excess powder off
