This did not mach my expectations. Sound quality from the mike is bad (narrow frequency band) and there is no noise cancelling that I can mention. The headset will pickup room conversations and noises like the earbuds that came with the phone. Tried pairing with WIndows 10 and it is the same thing. It will cancel well the droning sound like a truck noises though.Pairing was easy though and range was decent. Lightweight. Can not comment on battery life. I returned it.

I also ordered a headset with two headphones and was going to return this one because I can definitely hear customers better with two ears especially if they put me on speaker and the connection isn’t wonderful. But a couple days later and I’m back to using this headset instead. I have a big head and I guess I can’t speak to people with normal sized heads but this headset is SO much more comfortable than a headset with two earphones. The other headset seemed ok on the comfort end but wearing the two for hours at a time and I have to use the phone all day as I basically have a call center style job, well, this headset is the clear comfort winner. For those occasions where I can’t hear the customer say something I just cover up the other ear and ask them to repeat it. In general, the sound quality is actually very good and I think they just have me on speaker or it’s a bad cell phone connection because most calls I can understand the call great and it sounds like they’re next to me.

Update: I am updating this review because after I returned the headset, Mpow contacted me and offered to provide a replacement free of charge; this one works like a charm. As I'd mentioned in the earlier review, we have two Mpow over-the-ear headphones to listen to television at night and love them so I was disappointed when this headset didn't work well, but it looks like I had just received a bad unit and Mpow came through with amazing customer service.The headset is light, comfortable; the sound quality is great. The headband is adjustable and nicely padded; I have a large head and it fits me perfectly; it is a little large for my wife, it would be nice if the band could collapse to a smaller size, but it's still good enough for her.

I spent a lot of time researching various headsets when I stumbled upon the MPOW HC3 Wireless Headset BH232A. It has only been a week but I have used it a lot and I only had to charge it one time. Pretty sure I forgot to turn the headset off one time otherwise I believe it would have stayed charged for the entire week. I wish the full circle ear pad was a little softer, but other than that I am really happy with this purchase and I have already recommended it to a co-worker. My five star review is deserved and not a result of any type of promotion or other benefit.

I have always loved and free products but this one is really good. I am a high-voltage technician that I always need my hands free. Me and my partner both have the Mpow. We can stay in constant communication while I am up there working on the high-voltage.. plus it’s a very easy while driving to use this hands-free device. You always need to have one here while driving or you’re getting a ticket!! You can use it on your left or right ear . And the sound is perfect very high-quality.

I bought this to use hands free with my cell phone while I am on the computer. The product works, but the volume quality is very low even with my phone's volume at max output. I can hear better using the speaker function on my cellphone. This was not a good buy for my needs. As far as the microphone, it works fine and the receiver can hear me just fine without issues.

It has not had any issues connecting to my phone. It has not lost any calls and I am able to be 2 rooms away from the phone without losing connection. If I had to complain about something it is that the ear pad is not comfy for long calls, but it helps to move it around now and then on your ear. I wear a headset for work that costs in the $200 neighborhood, and it is not all that comfy for long calls either, so with that said, this is a decent headset for the price.

I have been using this headset for about a month and it always works well. I can't say I have tried out the noise cancelling feature in any detail, but it seems to work. Comfortable to wear, good battery life and I have never lost a Bluetooth connection. The range of the Bluetooth also seems good. All this at a good price. While I have never used it, also comfortable to know I could use this as a wired headset if the battery ran out during use.
