True vitamins. I switched to Dr. Mercola's B-Complex after discovering that many of the vitamins I've been taking are synthetic, as companies used to be reputable but have since sold out.

The safety seal was damaged, this is the 2nd time from mercola products. Even the outer seal looks suspicious when i open it the inside seal was as the pictures

Be very careful when ordering this product, after few days of use I started to feel very bloated and with pain in my stomach and intestines. I do not recommend this product.
