GREAT CUPS FOR DAILY USE
YERA as a trusted brand kept up the standards in durability but finishing should have been better. The edges and the holder sections are supposed to be more polished and more clear should be the glass. But no question about the durability. It is a very good product for daily use purpose.

Cups r good but one broke from the bottom when I pour tea in it. So I don't know about the quality

Dangerous and defective product, and misinformation
One glass out of the six ordered just split in half when hot water was poured into it. I shudder to think what would have happened if it happened when being used or held in the hand. Also the cups are actually 240mL (info on the box) and not 250mL (product info on Amazon). The MRP is ₹340. The glasses have a vertical line which seems to be a mold seam (when two halves are joined together), which is generally present on cheap glass bottles. The cups are also quite heavy. Only read the reviews on the product after receiving it, and many have faced similar issues. Extremely bad and disappointing service from Amazon for continuing to list the product even after so many bad reviews of a defective and dangerous item being used for consumption of foods. Never expected such poor service. If you are planning to buy this product, from this seller, be warned.

Quality was very bad
The cups were great to look at ,good size, just what I expected but as soon as I put the tea in the cup it broke in half, so it is clear that quality is not good. I feel if I put tea in rest of the cup , it will breakI feel I should get refund on this item, please advise on what to do and how. I also feel this glass might be injurious to health

Good quality glasses with no defects.

The Amazon price is more than MRP in the packet we received.
We paid Rs- 436/- but the MRP is Rs- 340/- including all taxes. We buy in the festival period also. I talked to customer care about this issue. Please see printed price on the photo attached.
