Does everything a phone should do, quickly with very few performance issues. It can run demanding games such as call of duty to a really high standard of quality.The touch screen on the inside is really fragile, it is a requirement to learn to be extra careful with this phone in my opinion. I have damaged the screen once by dropping it and it has left a tiny mm size rainbow mark. The coating has also visibly worn away (when screen is off and reflecting in the light) from vigorous use from call of duty where constant thumb movements are required to move and aim the view.The fold is not obvious during use but there is a definite visual aberration where the screen folds. I have used it regularly and managed to keep it in the same condition with general protection from dust and liquids.I have had to replace the rear glass panel which shattered upon dropping, which was fairly easy with a third party part although these appear to be fairly expensive.The functionality though is entirely redeeming, to be able to carry a device in your pocket that opens up to a tablet sized screen is a really pleasant thing to have.The smaller (narrower) front screen is also difficult to get used to at first but not noticeable with regular use, although I have a weird ability to adapt to tiny on screen keyboards with fairly large fingertips.I have had a strange issue where the phone would refuse to charge after dropping to a point where it turned off on its own, this has only happened once before where I managed to get it to charge again. And it's the reason why I am writing this review because I had to check purchase details to return the phone. Oddly it's decided to charge again as I am writing this review just on a whim.When using both screens it still looks brand new with the aforementioned faults not noticeable.This is one of the best phone I have ever used to date. I do not regret the purchase and I am glad to have gained it as a possession.

no dislikes just great service

worst experience will never buy any mobile phone from amazon. I have purchased this on 13th June and I am facing a problem now ie; 16/10/2020 I am not able to do a conference call for which I went to the service center and samsung informed me that this particular item is from Korea and they will not be able to help me out with this. So, I called up amazon to help me out with this issue and they tell me that the window has expired and they cannot help me with this! So shocking to know that cheating happens on amazon also.

Best phone I had so far

I had an issue with the phone screen after buying from this seller. We took this phone to Samsung customer care and they said it is not covered under any warranty. There is NO ONE YEAR WARRANTY for the product???????Dear Seller, Currect me if I am worng!NOT RECOMMENDED
