Great product
An excellent easy to use incubator. Able to be set at different temperatures, low on noise and it is nice and compact. Great value for money.

Brilliant Device for Sourdough
Large enough to fit a 15cm x 15cm x 25cm tall container for bulk fermentation. The temperature stated on the front is just a guide, don’t think of it as Centigrade. Use a thermometer to get accurate readings in the chamber and keep a record for reference later. Liked it so much, I bought the 25 L model as well.

inaccurate temperature reading
I set my ferments in the incubator to culture because it is too cold this time of year to start anything. I assumed it would work but upon opening it the next day it felt cooler than what I was expecting. I put a wireless thermometer inside with my culture and it was a full 4C lower than I set it. I considered setting it higher and working from there but by that point I had no way of diagnosing the problem. And for 160 pound it should work as described. 2 stars because the return was easy and it looks really nice. I can't say if I received a faulty appliance but I am not ordering a new one to find out.

My wife takes Tymlos injections that require a temperature of 69F - 77F. We live in Florida where the house gets into the mid 80s when we are out and about. All the units i found were for diabetics and did not have a thermostat range as high as 69F. This was a great find. Not only for the Tymlos, but for other expensive, long lasting medications that require "room temperature" of 77F and below. Very well made, light and keeps the temperature within 1 degree of the setting. Has a 12volt adapter and is insulated. Would fit in a suitcase. Very pleased

L ho messo subito in attività e funziona esattamente come volevo. Ho messo un termometro all interno e per ora ho visto la differenza di un solo grado rispetto alla temperatura impostata. Non l ho ancora provato a temperature superiori e per scaldare. C è scritto che arriva a -5 ma al massimo è arrivato a -1 ma a me va bene, visto che non ho bisogno di temperature così basse. Io lo uso per tenere cosmetici ma anche per qualche medicina. Prossimamente proverò con altre temperature.
