Q: How much weight will each shelf hold?

I’m not sure of the exact weight, but I have one shelf loaded with dog food cans and it’s as sturdy as can be. I love my rolling shelf cart.

Yes, you can pick it up without it coming apart and it also rolls easily

Q: how much weight limit can you put on the cart?

I don't have exacts, but I have filled every shelf with spray bottles & cleaners. Its a little hard to wheel, but I only have to move it a little bit . So it works for me. If you load the shelves and then have to move it several feet you could have an issue

Q: Do you sell extra pipes for 4 tier shelve unit

I don’t know is they’d sell extra connecting pipes or not. But I think I would try to find a replacement pipe of acceptable material at a Lowe’s or Home Depot, and just cut it to the necessary length. It’s unfortunate because you shouldn’t have to purchase more of anything. Have you contacted Amazon customer service? Maybe the entire unit could be replaced. Good luck!
