However, I was quite disappointed with the after-sales service. The call center agent assured me that my complaint would be attended to the next day, but no one showed up. Instead, I received multiple calls from different service providers over the course of two days, all of them inquiring about the product details. At one point, I even received a call from a refrigerator engineer asking about the product details, which was unrelated to my issue. I had to contact the call center again to escalate the matter. To my surprise, I later discovered that the call ticket had been closed by the engineer, who claimed there was no problem with the product. Frustrated with the service, I decided to return the product to Amazon. Here are some feedback points for Godrej: Please ensure that the product details are accurately updated in the service tickets to avoid unnecessary hassles for your customers. Implement a thorough quality check in ticket updates to prevent errors and ensure that customer concerns are properly addressed. Before closing a ticket, consider making a final call to the customer to validate their satisfaction and resolve any lingering issues. This will go a long way in enhancing customer satisfaction.
