Q: What's the lowest temperature it can be installed in?

Big Stretch should be applied on a surface that is at least 40° F and rising and remains at or above that temperature for 3-5 days to allow it time to skin over and begin to cure. We don't recommend applying if rain is expected within the first 24 hours of application. Q: Has this been tested in fire rated applications?

The manufacturer rates this for 250 degrees max. I would not use this product for any application where it could contact flame/fire. However, there are sealants rated for high temps. I think some go to 1500 degrees. Do a search, you’ll find them. I hope this helps.

Q: To seal a small gap between a stand-alone bathroom sink and a painted wall, is this a product that won't harm the wall when it's replaced?
