The box was very heavy, and it took two people to move the box to where we could assemble it. But once it is assembled, it is very easy to move around the yard. It still takes two people, due to the size, but it is surprisingly easy to lift. Also, I can easily lift one end at a time to rearrange it myself. I would still get a second person to help me if I wanted to move it across the yard, but I can adjust it on my own.
