I love this stuff. I think I have been taking it for over a year now maybe closer to 2 years now. It really helps with stress and anxiety. I take it when I am stressed at work and it helps knock the edge off and helps me cope with stress. I take it every night and it helps me relax and sleep good. Side note: It doesn't do a thing for my husband but for me it helps a million. I think it just depends upon the person on if it helps or not. Don't give up on finding relief just keep researching, because there are several herbal remedies. I like Dr. Christopher's stuff best . Dr berg also has supplements and you can take or youtube herb remedies if you still can't find something for stress/anxiety relief

This worked so quickly for me having followed the dosing directions. I am in law school and I found the educational process very difficult in general but my stress and anxiety from an earlier car collision coupled with law school left me overwhelmed and dreading everything I was walking into. Dr. Berg's 'Adrenal Day' was good but he changed the name and I believe the formula to where it does not work at all. I found this 'Adrenal Formula' by Christopher's and I feel much more capable to continue with my studies to graduate next year. I actually feel happy and relaxed. I don't mind tomorrow and all it brings anymore. This, meditation, and prayer work great together.

Great Product. It gives me extra energy for the day.

Over the past three months, this product has helped alleviate my adrenal fatigue. Within a short time, I experienced increased energy levels and a reduction in brain fog. I also sleep better and wake up feeling more refreshed. I take the supplement in the morning on an empty stomach and again at lunchtime after a light meal, with no adverse side effects. However, as is common with many supplements, I needed to take occasional breaks, as continuous use diminishes the positive results. I plan to reorder the product soon. 👍

Definitely helps with anxiety

Although I began feeling great once I started taking these..I immediately developed painful cystic acne a week after I added them to my daily routine. I so wanted to love this product, and I could definitely tell a difference in the way I felt, but developing the acne after finally getting rid of it for 2 years is very painful. I would recommend it, just beware of that possible side effect.
