decent for fabric storage too!
am using these to wrap fabric around for storage and display purposes. they help keep my fabric pile from becoming a difficult mess. have used to hold up to 2 yards of fabric, lace cotton, and even vinyl and suede fabrics. i dont recommend for more than 2 yards as that it can get a bit unruly. just make a second fabric wrap if thats the case. i hold the fabric on with a single pin. worked out very well. good size to fit in bookcases too. see photos.

These Magazine boards are flimsier than the BCW Magazine ones
I use 8.5 x 11 boards and plastic polyproplyene bags to store my hand-signed fantasy glossy prints when I sell them on Ebay and Etsy. I usually buy BCW and I ran out of the backing boards. I decided to go cheaper since this brand is cheaper than BCW and they are both advertised as 24-pt. What I noticed is that this brand is a lot flimsier than BCW even though it's supposed to be 24-pt. I stacked two of these together and they were still not as sturdy as the BCW brand. I am very disappointed! I will have to use 2 of these to send my prints. I will not be buying this in the future. I guess you get what you paid for.

Display your Fabric!
Got these for Christmas to use in organizing my fabric. Really puts your fabric on display if you place them on bookshelves like books. I dug out fabric from baskets and bins. All this fabric was effectively hidden. I’m excited to ‘see’ my fabric out in the open. I’ll be able to ‘shop’ my own fabric before heading to the fabric store, now that I easily see what I have. Cardboard size/thickness is uniform throughout the package. Wrapping yardage bigger than 1/2 yard is preferred, so it wraps further. Most fabric yardage folds to 11” wide to cover the board, unless you have bought the wide backing fabric. I’ve used paper clips, binder clips or straight pins to secure the fabric. Do check that the package has 100 pieces. Seller was very helpful when told package was less than 100.

Great for Fabric Storage
Works GREAT for storing fabric ... but then you realize as you go through the first 100, you might have a fabric problem ;)

They are perfect for the job and allow my little fabric mini-bolts ...
I purchased these to wrap my larger pieces of fabric around. They are perfect for the job and allow my little fabric mini-bolts to stand on edge rather than lay flat. I can actually see what the fabric looks like. (And hopefully will start using some of it up now that I know what I have!)I am just getting ready to place another order because I've already used up most of these! I like that they are thin, but sturdy - they don't take up a lot of space, but do give the wound fabric just enough stiffness to allow it to stand up. They are the perfect size for my shelves, too.

An excellent and versatile buy
These boards have a lot of uses. In this case, as a quilter with an extensive stash, I’ll use them to organize and store fabric in a crease-free manner. The boards are sturdy and reusable. This size is particularly suitable for fabric storage.

Used for fabric
I liked these well enough. They weren't as sturdy as I had hoped but did fine. I used double if wrapping lots of fabric. Plus, I do realize these weren't made for what I was using them for either, so overall I believe this was a good value for me. They have helped my growing fabric stash to look more uniform and organized.

Nice quality, some damage during shipping
This is the second order of these backing boards I have made. The quality of the boards is great, but the shipping seems to cause a bit of damage. The first delivery resulted in a handful of pages with bent corners. The second delivery actually had one air pouch in the box, mostly like in an attempt to prevent damage, but it did no good. Just about every one in the second package had a bent corner. There really needs to be a bit more packing if you expect to get these in pristine condition. To the shipper: I would suggest 3 air pouches: one on the short side, one on the long side and one on the top - if you really want to keep the package from banging around in the box.
