No it is not and the anchors they supply are junk, 2 out of the 6 actually worked

Q: How do you find a secure point on vinyl siding to hang this?

Mine was installed above the door of my storage barn. It was secured to 1 X 4’s secured to studs above the door. Not quite sure how to mount with vinyl siding, you would have to determine if there is any studs to secure it to.

Q: how is the snow load for this ?

Well sorry to say, no it doesn't hold up well, I need to replace only after the one snow I had in my area last year I think maybe 4 -6ish inches. It's just plastic
