The media could not be loaded. Very thick, and great material. I prefer using these over the silicone/rubber resistance bands and these ones don’t slide up in the middle of my workouts. Another plus is these can be used on my skin and not hurt when it slides up like the silicone ones do. These are great resistance bands.

These bands are EXACTLY what I have been looking for! I have bigger thighs and the plastic loops always roll up. These stay put and provide a good amount of resistance. I will say that the “light” resistance band is closer to a “hard” resistance plastic loop. I use the medium when I want to go the extra mile. The hard resistance is still in the plastic wrapping. Lol! Maybe I’ll be able to handle that kind of resistance one day, but not anytime soon.

The band is a bit too big for me. First time purchasing fabric resistant band and I thought for the price was good, however not too happy about being too big and the to me personally, it needs to be more resistance, especially while working out.

These bands are wonderful and just as advertised. I am currently using the light and medium bands for my workouts, but I have tried all three and you can feel the difference in resistance just as they should be. The material is great and the quality is great, including the mesh bag to carry everything. An excellent purchase!

Love them. Cant believe I got them for 11.99. They don't roll or slip and have a good amount of resistance which really enhances my at home leg and butt workouts.

The resistance bands are well made and much easier on the skin than the elastic bands I had been using. Each band is clearly labeled -- light, medium, heavy -- and the package includes a small booklet with suggested exercises.

I've purchase a few different resistance bands over the years and these work great! They don't roll up as you work out and they have different sizes to fit your workout needs.

Better than i thought! I did try them, so far so good. Really like the material, although the smell is quite strong. Smells like rubber and paint. Very thick, very strong. When used consistently, will give a review update.
