some engineering required, not a straight bolt on.
No directions included. I had to reverse the Driven pulley to make it line up, which works but again, no directions. I have yet to put the rest of my project together and it will be some time. All required were there to install and shipping was timely.

Does not bolt to engine correctly!!
Ghetto...pulleys don't line up anywhere close due to terrible engineering on the backing plate at the jackshaft, the driven pulley sticks out about 2 inches too far, causing the driver to have to hang almost completely off the crankshaft with a huge spacer. Seller's alternative is to turn the driver backwards and then space out the jackshaft, except then you're only getting about half an inch of threads on the nut holding the driven pulley onto the jackshaft. We'll see how long that lasts, no wonder the seller stopped selling them. Avoid this unit at all costs until there's no more 'rigging' when it's supposed to be bolt on and go.

It is actually a very good converter and is setup correctly (hint: need to mount driver backwards)
This actually is a really good converter. This was not clear to me at first. The driver needs to be mounted backwards which is OK to do. The driven clutch is backwards from its normal configuration but they use the right spring for this mode (which is legit). So all and all they have set it up to work properly. I've run it hard with a 15hp motor and it does work great.

Bad craftsmanship / packaging
Front jack shaft welded in crooked ( torque converter & clutch aren't in line), After ordering replacement belt cover for broken one and sending back 1ST one get message they still have yet to receive and want to charge me again.

No instruction manual
It didnt come with a instruction manual,nothing to help a first time buyer at on how its assembled or how or any troubleshooting help. I would write a review on how works but i still havent got it mounted on my buggy yet.
