This is an amazing kit for $15. It works perfectly on my LG 34" ultrawide monitor. Each strip of LEDs is about 19 inches, and the built-in connectors are about 6 inches. I almost got full coverage on my 34" monitor, you can see in the photo there is about a 5 inch gap, bit it looks fine when you are looking at the screen. If you have a larger TV, you probably want one of the longer cords to get the best effect. Also, the strip is bendable, as long as you are careful, you can make it wrap around the corners no problem (look at the image). The LEDs are moderate brightness, not eye melting, but pretty good. The photo didn't come out well, the effect is nicer in person. Really give nice ambiance to the room and make the images on screen pop. Also fun to turn the lights off in the room and still be able to see the keyboard, the ultimate for your gaming cave. There is an app you can download (I tried on Android) and it works okay. I found it glitches out some of the time and loses the connection. A few times the LEDs started blinking rainbows really fast like a night club, but usually restarting the app will fix it. You can select solid colors or choose from a few presets. Like they have red glow, green/blue glow, white strobe, etc. The rainbow fade was alright, but I wish you could select specific colors to cycle through. Otherwise it works good enough, not the end of the world. Overall I am really happy with the purchase. At only $15 this is far cheaper than other options and still works great. A nice upgrade if you're a serious gamer and just want to mod your setup, or make it match the RGB on your PC. Only thing I would want is syncing to the content on screen, but those kits are like $100 or more, this is a good cheap option. Recommended.

This product installed easily, colors are bright, remote is meh, but... From my experience, make sure you are able to reach the USB connector where you plug it into an adapter. 1st, if you have a TV that supports 1amp USB out, this works fine except when you turn off the TV for any length of time, when you turn back on the TV the colors reset to default so you constantly have to change to the color you want. 2nd, if you plug into a USB power brick and have power to the device 24/7 there is a slight problem. When you turn off the device at night, then attempt to turn in back on the next day with the button on the device, the remote or a Bluetooth phone, the device will not turn on the LEDs. However, the device does appear to be connecting via Bluetooth phone as my phone says it's connected; however, when I change the color of the LEDs for example, the light are not on and no apparent color changes. But, if I go unplug the device and plug it right back in, the LEDs light up with the last color attempted to change on the phone. Overall, make sure you have easy access to the USB plug so that you can reset the device daily.

I love the idea of the of the corners with the elastic stretch for control to go around the tv. The lights didn't work out well because they didn't lay on the back of the TV right and the corner didn't match correctly. I had a hard time trying to figure out how to make the lights meet up correctly without having to keep removing them from the television. I even had my son help me because he is good at it. He couldn't even get the lights to go around the tv correctly and adhesive will stop sticking if you keep removing and trying to place them in the right place even after cleaning. The quality of the lights are decent but the way they go around the TV is not working for me cuz I don't like my lights to be bunched up and folded up or cricket. I hate to keep repeatedly removing and sticking it back because eventually it stops sticking. I ended up removing and replaced them with some other led lights and they are better. I think the connection is too heavy also for the lights to stay on the back of the TV without the adhesive becoming detached and not staying in place. I had to throw them away because I couldn't use them again. They wouldn't stick anymore. But I did love the way they light up once we did get them on the TV with them even not fitting correctly after some bending,flipping, removing and replacing,the even starting with the corners my son and I did everything to make them fit even with the instructions. I read everything because I loves to do DIY projects. Let us know maybe we were doing something wrong.

I purchased these lights for my 65" TV mainly for a white biased light, but I also enjoy slow strobe effects while watching music videos. Pros: - The strip of light seems durable with a nice adhesive strip to tack on to the back of your TV. - The remote works great and the smartphone app has a lot of cool features. - Great deal for the price point. - Variety of colors, settings for strobe effects, etc. Cons: - First off, as you can see in my picture, some of the lights are simply not in sync with each other giving off an inaccurate color, specifically for white (which is why I bought it). - It looks like 3 of my lights are just stuck or something, again, contributing to inaccurate colors. - The lights will randomly turn back on while your TV is off and you've specifically powered the lights off (either through the app, remote, or manually). - They advertise that this comes with clips for the corner wires, but my version only came with some sub par adhesive tape (which kind of does the job, but not as well as clips would). It's hard to say if I'd recommend this. For the price point they're great, but nobody wants to buy a product that doesn't work as advertised. I'm disappointed in the product I received. I'm one of those people where things I buy need to work as intended or else I'll just return / replace them. It's likely I just received a bad set of lights. I'll reach out to the seller and see if this warrants a replacement. I'll update my review if anything changes.
