If the hair gets damp it will not run, but if it is soaked, it may run.

Q: I'm glad its for lighter skin tones for #1b or #2 wig wearers. Most lace for 1b or 2 is dark so why need to change anyway?

The Concealer Cream is to match the skin tone, not the hair color. It's to conceal the knots on the lace, bot the actual lace :)
